At the start
things can change
Rules

1. Keep OOC drama out of here. It has no place here whatsoever. I have dealt with it before and if it gets out of hand, you will be asked to leave. IC drama though is, of course, welcome. Even encouraged because angst, drama etc. are what keep things lively.

2. Make sure you can handle adult themes and that you’re 17+. Sex, drugs etc. If you don’t think you’re all that interested in this, please don’t apply. There is nothing worse than getting something started with someone, only to have them leave. It isn’t very tasteful. If you are inactive for more than three days without contacting the admin, then your character will be reopened. Also, if you repeatedly go two days without posting and never hit the three day mark, the role will be reopened because it isn’t fair to others. Reblogging pictures once or twice a day does not count as being active.

4. Know how to para. Characters need to interact with each other. So, paras, texts, phone calls, pictures, music, all of that is acceptable. Make sure texts and phone calls are done with chat, so that it keeps the dash looking clean. Also, make sure to reblog as text and not link, it keeps everything looking clean as well as cutting down posts and not letting them get too long. Chatzy roleplaying? I do not mind as long as when it is over, it is posted under a read more and with any warnings, like if there is smut.

5. Socialize with others besides your character’s counterpart. Otherwise, things tend to get boring.

6: Trigger warnings: if you are going to post something that is drug related, suicide, eating disorders, please put them under a read more and with a warning. Yes, I asked for people only to apply if they can handle these, but it also takes into consideration our followers. If you don’t know how to do this, please ask me.

7: Major plot lines. This is usually anything that will effect the roleplay as a whole or other characters. For example, attempted suicide. Yes, it’s your character, but it will have an effect on other characters and some may not be comfortable with it, in which they can have their character sit it out. But also, remember trigger warnings. Now things like your character getting roughed up, but not badly, you don’t need my approval for.

8: Gray picture boxes: They can get pretty annoying. All you have to do to avoid that when using gifs, is select the text option and when in text above the white box where you type, in the upper right you will see an upload button. Click that, upload your gif and viola! No gray picture boxes.

9: Please make sure once you’re approved and you make your account that you open your ask and submit as well as replies to posts.
